Assistant Property Manager

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities : Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations; Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible (Commissions paid); Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program; Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments (Commissions Paid); Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect Knowledge, Skills and Experience required : 2+ years' experience in multifamily housing; Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software, YARDI preferred; Have excellent verbal and written communication; Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Compensation and Benefits Available : $16.00 -$18.00 per hour - Up to $100 per lease renewal commissions and up to $100 per new lease! 401k planning with up to a 3% annual match; Paid Training programs; Tuition Reimbursement program; Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours; 8 Paid Holidays, 2 Paid day Holidays, Paid Birthday Off; 3 week paid sabbatical (Stay Bonus) every 5 years with Monarch or 2 weeks' pay bonus; Only $45 / Month medical insurance through Blue Cross for employees; FREE basic Dental insurance for employees, buy up available; FREE basic life insurance for employees, buy up available; Vision & additional benefit plans for employees, +Spouse, +Children available. 20% off rent at any owned Monarch community, (100% discount after 10 years); $500.00 - $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (terms & conditions apply)
