Property Management Coordinator job in San Diego, CA LHH has partnered with an innovative and well-established Commercial Real Estate company located in San Diego who is actively seeking a Property Management Coordinator to join their team! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity to expand your experience supporting property operations and tenant relations. This position is fully onsite at their office in beautiful La Jolla, CA. This role will be a key contributor to the Property Management team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in property management or real estate operations. - Support the Property Management team with administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate tenant communications, service requests, and follow-ups
- Assist with vendor management including scheduling, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Maintain property files, lease documents, and service contracts
- Track and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Update property management systems and databases with current information
- Prepare reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with inspections, compliance documentation, and property audits
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient property operations
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
