Our Commercial Claims department has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate these WCF Insurance values to join their team as a Supervisor Commercial Property Claims. This is a full-time non-exempt hybrid position that works out of WCFs Sandy Utah headquarters. This posting is open to internal and external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of commercial property claims adjusters to support the claims adjusting litigation and case management function.
• Manage a caseload of claims.
• Audit claims enter supervisory reviews in claims and understand and report on performance of their team.
• Prepare and participate in claim reviews and assist with training new and existing employees.
• Review all types of claims settlements and liability denials for propriety content and compliance.
• Collaborate with management to hire train motivate supervise and mentor a team of adjusters to support all aspects of claims functions.
• Stay current on all relevant law and regulation changes.
• Promote excellent customer service.
• Maintain appropriate communication with internal and external contacts including attorneys investigators policyholders agents and providers.
• Demonstrate proficiency and consistency in applying WCFs claims and state auditing standards.

All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation in their first year. Expected salary for this position is $90000 - $125000 depending on location experience and education .

An internal candidate should have six months in their current position acceptable job performance and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.
