While SIXT is experiencing exponential growth in the US we are also launching our satellite office in beautiful Downtown Tulsa! We are searching for a dynamic Property Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role will manage the day-to-day activities coordinate administrative tasks and provide support to various departments within the organization.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow and maintain office supplies and inventory
- You serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication coordinate and manage guest visits or office events
- You assist with budgeting and office expense management and process and track invoices purchase orders and payments
- You oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities including working with service providers and suppliers and ensure office equipment and technology is functional and up to date
- You partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary and assist with onboarding of new staff
