To provide operational support through management of financial data for a portfolio of 20-25 properties. Provide timely and accurate financial information to senior management, operational vice presidents, owners, investors and lenders. Monitor accounting and operational compliance with all federal / state agencies and MMA policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Experience :

Two years' accounting experience

Required Education / Training :

Bachelor degree or higher in accounting curriculum.

Required Skills and Abilities :

Advanced mathematical and analytical skills, computer skills, demonstrate understanding of billing, receivable and payable systems, demonstrate understanding of accounting / bookkeeping principles, demonstrate concise oral and written communication abilities and demonstrate planning and control abilities.

Working Conditions :

Primarily work in an Office environment, may on occasion be required to travel either day or overnight if required for business purposes.

Salary Range Information :

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
