We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) market. Are you an experienced Plumbing Superintendent with a passion for government and military construction projects? We're seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded individual to join our Field Operations team in the King's Bay, GA and Jacksonville, FL areas. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all mechanical construction activities, including Plumbing and Piping teams.
• Coordinate assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of mechanical work in compliance with project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications, maintaining a strong alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to support the coordination of multiple scopes of work across the project site.
• Manage mechanical installations for government and military projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism across all crews and subcontractors.
