Position Summary :

We are seeking a driven, experienced Healthcare Superintendent to lead field execution on complex, occupied and ground-up healthcare projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong construction management background and a proven ability to manage all phases of commercial construction with a focus on healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run daily field operations, look-ahead, and subcontractor coordination.
• Enforce ICRA / ILSM, infection control barriers, and life-safety egress at all times.
• Drive schedule, resolve field issues, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Oversee QA / QC, commissioning, punch list, and turnover documentation.
