Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Project Manager is responsible for regional gas processing and treating plant projects, field gathering projects, and will manage these capital growth projects and / or other operations or commercial-derived projects meeting project scope, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Implement entire project cycle for growth capital projects including : scope and design development, AFE preparation and submittals, material procurement, execution and construction oversite, commissioning, and project completion.
• Provide support during the development of construction agreements.
• Work with (and guide) the Construction Group members in construction and inspection activities.
• Projects are driven by cost and schedule to meet commercial commitments.
• Communicate with project stakeholders including operations personnel, cost controls, project controls, project planning, and contractors for project implementation.
• Participate in PSM activities for growth projects and develop and implement PSM work, including Design reviews, PHAs, LOPAs, MOCs, training, etc.
• Responsible for technical review of designs, drawings, and studies.
• Ensure work complies with federal, state, and local regulations (including safety, environmental, and DOT) and internal policies and procedures.
• Work with process engineering group to develop projects that follow engineering standards, code compliance, proper company and safety standards, and good engineering practices.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen project management knowledge base and proficiencies.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced project engineers, to help develop their project engineering and project management skills.
