Job Title : Commercial Glazier Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Glazier Project Manager to oversee and manage glazing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial glazing, project management, and team leadership. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling : Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Team Management : Lead and coordinate the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Client Coordination : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Control : Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Budget Management : Track project expenses, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Health and Safety Compliance : Ensure all project activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
