A company is looking for a Project Specialist to analyze data and improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with teams to enhance productivity and profitability
Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and developing operational processes for retail growth
Analyze data to identify trends and communicate results to leadership while ensuring project goals are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate Degree from an accredited college is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Two years of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
Experience in project management within a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
Knowledge of training methods and ability to develop training programs
Ability to analyze large amounts of data and report findings effectively
