Our client is a Wilmington based General Contractor and is looking to grow their team to lead commercial construction projects up to ~$15M. If you’re passionate about leading successful projects and have a proven track record of ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement safety protocols on-site.
- Collaborate with superintendents, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure all work complies with codes and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of job site activities, reports, and schedules.
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Proactively identify potential issues and delays, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
