Supervise project teams (engineers, BIM designers) and ensure successful project execution. Work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver cost-effective, innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with building codes, seismic regulations, and industry standards. Conduct technical design and detailing for large-scale structures. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Maintain strong client relationships and actively pursue new business opportunities. Experience : Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience (as close as possible). SE License : Required. Education : Master's degree or higher in Structural Engineering (U.S. university required). Technical Expertise : Experience with ground-up construction (60-70%) and renovations (30-40%). Familiarity with Mission Critical Facilities. Proven ability to manage large-scale structural projects. Leadership & Client Management : Demonstrated track record of delivering successful projects and maintaining client relationships. Experience working with DSA and HCAI / OSHPD. Experience in seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41. Competitive salary based on experience.
