Clear Street is modernizing the brokerage ecosystem. Founded in 2018, Clear Street is a diversified financial services firm replacing the legacy infrastructure used across capital markets.

We started from scratch by building a completely cloud-native clearing and custody system designed for today's complex, global market. The Role

As a project manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment using your strong project management, organizational, analytical and change management skills to deliver on projects, focusing on our business growth strategy. You will work with top-notch engineering, business and product teams to collectively achieve the goals for global business growth. Responsibilities :

• Provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives
• Work closely with individual engineering, product and business teams to clearly communicate the deliverables, timelines, and track closely on progress
• Help the team to define phases of complex projects, identify dependencies, prioritize book of work so that the deliverables can be achieved with efficiency
• Balance time to market with strategic goals - and help the team to focus on the right priorities
• Identify project blockers and get the right people together to resolve the blockers
• Consistently provide stakeholders transparency on the progress of the project
• Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency

Experience / Skills

The Base Salary Range is $180,000 - $250,000. These ranges are representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Which range a candidate fits into and where a candidate falls in the range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. These ranges represent Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The ranges stated do not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
