Solutions Project Manager
The Solutions Project Manager leads projects, that are customer facing, to meet the projects objectives and stakeholders expectations, and to create customer value. In this position you will be the lead across multiple projects to ensure standards are followed to allocate resources and accurately forecast revenue.
Your role :
- Driving the adoption of Philips project methodology across the Digital Computational Pathology (DCP) North American team.
- Ensuring that all deliverables have been met including, but not limited to, systems installation and integration, clinical and technical consulting, training and education and customer success deliverables. Managing all project deliverables and resources for your own projects.
- Monitoring the customer success criteria and project budget during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and customer impact.
- Leading resource planning, revenue forecasting and coordination across multiple DCP projects with other DCP Project Managers.
- Leading the planning of order fulfillment and delivery across multiple DCP projects working with other Project Managers, Supply Chain and Logistics leaders.
- You must be willing to travel up to 50% within North America.

How We Work Together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations. Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $80,500 to $138,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
