Budget management, people management, and strategic planning experience Proficient with the MS Office, including Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio. Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and oral. Work with minimal supervision at client sites while operating as part of a larger team.

Responsibilities :
The Program Manager will support Barrow Wise's State of Illinois project and perform the following duties :
- Perform program management oversight for the CCWIS program, including all PMO vendor Project Managers and Business Analysts
- Make daily project decisions as needed and escalate issues to the project executive or designee.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule, and decision, risk and issue logs
- Ensure all internal project communications and reporting is occurring.
- Develop and maintain, in collaboration with the State and other vendors, the Master PMP
- Develop and maintain, in consultation with the State and other vendors, the Integrated Schedule
- Ensure all vendors, and the State, are abiding by the Integrated Schedule and notify the State immediately of deviations that comprise the CCWIS Implementation
- Provide a complete and thorough review of project deliverables and ensure review and approval milestones are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
