Who You Are :

As a Program Manager, you are a strategic leader with extensive experience managing complex IT programs and enterprise-wide initiatives. You thrive in orchestrating multiple projects, aligning deliverables with broader strategic goals, and ensuring governance controls are in place. You are adept at managing stakeholders, building budgets, and driving results in dynamic environments.

As the Consultant level, you'll contribute to client engagements by delivering insights, building deliverables, and leading workstreams. You'll be expected to bring strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset to solve client problems and drive transformation.

Role and Responsibilities :

You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. The roles and responsibilities noted below pertain to the specific role listed above :

• Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects
• Align project delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals
• Plan and implement schedules, monitoring programs from inception through delivery
• Define and report on program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule
• Build and manage budgets for programs and related projects
• Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction at all levels
• Work closely with clients to identify process improvements
• Analyze business challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions
• Support system development, integration, and testing activities
• Develop presentations, deliverables, and implement plans to assist with proposals and business development efforts

Excelacom offers competitive salaries, health and wellness benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and career growth opportunities. For regular full-time employees, the estimated salary range is from $80,000 to $110,000 / yr.
