We are seeking a person with seniority that is seasoned, with field experience in the Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler & Mechanical trades to join our team! This opportunity is perfect for seasoned mechanic that is looking to change things up and work along with plumbing mechanics, plumbing helpers, management and office staff assisting in daily project coordination. Knowledge of the trades, material, plan reading is a must, we are willing to train with regards to field policy and procedures but the candidate must have the skills and know the basics of how to run and coordinate a project efficiently. You will be responsible for the oversight in ordering of materials for the field, tools, machinery, scheduling deliveries and general project coordination support as needed in various aspects working as a team with project field coordinator and construction staff. This position needs to have a person that is well organized, can multi-task, and self motivated to work and achieve goals. This is a great opportunity with a well established and growing company. Responsibilities :

• Coordination of project labor for specific tasks
• Managing schedule for long lead equipment items
• Managing job inspections
• Attending project meetings
• Managing & enforcement of job specific safety program
• Maintaining job specific compliance
• Maintaining and management of job specific documentation
• Coordination of job project scheduling
• Coordination of job delivery schedules
• Coordination of project submittal data
• Coordination of job drawing, shop drawing, and coordination drawings
• Coordination of project support for lead mechanics
• Coordination of project close out documents
• Coordination of project close out punch list work
• Coordination and execute field evaluation reports on subordinates
