We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing client relationships, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and enhancing the customer experience by promoting our, plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories. The ideal candidate must have a customer-first attitude, a positive approach to sales and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics and sales goals to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers and design professionals.
- Conduct regular territory visits, customer meetings and product presentations.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects using Solar Eclipse and other tools.
- Generate accurate quotes and follow up to close sales.
- Coordinate closely with inside sales, purchasing and delivery teams to ensure seamless service.
- Deliver marketing materials, samples and small product orders when needed.
- Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
- Represent R.F. Fager with professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric focus.
