Job Summary
The Manager of Pipeline Development is primarily responsible for coordinating the recruitment and outreach initiatives for the Doctor of Podiatric Medicine ( DPM ) and the Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Advanced Standing ( DPM -AS) programs at Western University of Health Sciences. Responsibilities extend to all areas of recruitment and expansion of the linkage programs for the College of Podiatric Medicine. Duties also include but are not limited to identifying cultivating soliciting and securing prospective students. The position is expected to contribute to the overall strategic planning process of the College to help the institution successfully achieve all enrollment retention and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field Masters degree preferred or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. Minimum of two to three years of experience in university admissions and recruitment or a similar recruitment setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Administrative management or leadership experience in an office of admission or equivalent field preferred.
