Pay Range : $18.00 to $21.00

Job Summary

Summary : Assists with the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the building and campus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail.

Help secure pipes, valves, hangers, and fittings during assembly or installation.

Assist experienced pipe fitters with the layout, preparation, and installation of piping systems.

Assist other skilled trades (e.g., sheet metal, insulation, welding, plumbing) as needed to support project workflow.

Support the layout and organization of materials on-site and help maneuver completed assemblies into place.

Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.

Notifies managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license may be required.
