ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team! SCHEDULE AND TRAINING

  • Work 34 hours average per week, receiving full time benefits.
  • Unmatched work life balance with no admin days and no on call time.
  • Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.
  • Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area. Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule.
  • Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

COMPENSATION

  • Salary Range : $130,000 - $145,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay.
  • Salary is based on a 34-hour work week.
  • This range is approximately equivalent to $73 - 82 per hour.
  • May be eligible for Sign-On Bonus or Relation Assistance.

    • CLINIC LOCATION

  • ZoomCare Springfield Gateway Clinic | 3266 Gateway St. #103, Springfield, OR 97477
  • Schedule : 1H, Sunday : 9am-6pm, Monday-Tuesday : 8am-6pm, Wednesday : 8am-1pm

  • Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.
  • Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
  • Provide evidence-based medical care.
  • Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Physician Assistant : Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner : Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
  • Experience seeing patients of all ages.
  • Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
  • Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

    • WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
  • Must wear a mask as needed.
  • Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
  • Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
