Physique Physical Therapy / Personal Training in Tampa Florida is looking for a licensed physical therapy assistant / certified personal trainer to participate in a revenue-sharing position that includes a multi-tiered bonus structure and flexible working hours.

Physique Physical Therapy / Personal Training is a therapist-owned practice that provides one on one physical therapy and personal training services in Tampa Florida. We also offer limited home visits within a reasonable distance of our clinic. Our clientele consists of highly active individuals including active duty military members and their dependents who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle while managing their injuries.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled PTA / personal trainer to maintain relations with current referral sources, build a social media presence for our company, and help attract new clientele in the local area. The ideal candidate will be dependable, well organized, and able to work independently. Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills and have at least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience and 3 years of personal training experience in a busy gym. A strong background in customer service, exercise prescription, and working as part of a team of healthcare professionals. A PTA / personal trainer with an established clientele is preferred.

Job Duties

• Provide excellent one on one training to clients utilizing evidence-based models integrating therapeutic exercises and stretching.
• Perform initial personal training assessments on new clients
• Maintain documentation of client visits and produce written programs on a regular basis
• Schedule clients using a web-based scheduling system
• Collect payment for some clients using a supplied square card reader
• Communicate with patient using a company-provided phone app
• Build a list of new referral sources in the south tampa market
• Contribute to business development by creating content for social media accounts and website
• Communicate weekly with management regarding outcomes and progress of clients
