Key Responsibilities

Schedule physical therapy appointments based on provider availability and member preferences

Make outbound calls to confirm visits and manage inbound calls regarding appointments and service status

Review therapy referrals and maintain accurate scheduling details in the electronic care management system

Qualifications

Experience in scheduling, home care coordination, or customer service

Comfortable using electronic systems for documentation and scheduling

Organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Experience in disability services or working with vulnerable populations preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in healthcare administration is a plus
