We are seeking a PER DIEM PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT to join our dynamic in-house team at Lexington Health and Rehabiliation who is a dynamic clinician and team player.

Our facility offers a supportive environment with a compassionate rehab team which is led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. The rehab department utilizing Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist Physical Therapy Assistants with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the Physical Therapy Assistant is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY

• Physical Therapy Assistant conducts screenings of residents as scheduled for referral to Physical Therapist
• Physical Therapy Assistant contributes objective data to Physical Therapists as allowed by scope of practice.
• Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the PT plan of care.
• Physical Therapy Assistant actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success.
