Responsibilities

New Accounts : Evaluate clients needs and risk profile to determine needed coverages and carriers for all P&C exposures.

Client Assistance : Handle inbound calls and provide prompt and efficient assistance to clients regarding their personal lines insurance policies.

Policy Reviews : Proactively review client policies to identify potential coverage gaps or opportunities for savings.

Policy Changes : Process policy changes accurately and efficiently, ensuring all client information is up to date.

Claims Support : Assist clients with filing and managing insurance claims, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

Customer Relations : Build strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and loyalty through exceptional service.

Requirement

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements :

• Insurance Knowledge : 3+ years hands on experience with personal lines insurance products and policies.
• Idaho or Oregon Property and Casualty Producer's License (Active)
• In office work, 8 AM - 5 PM, Mon - Fri in our Meridian, ID or Ontario, OR office (your choice of location)
• Customer Service Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication Skills : Clear and effective communication in both verbal and written forms.
• Teamwork : Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
