Key Responsibilities

• Paints units using pneumatic and / or air assisted paint spray gun.
• Prepare paint and materials to proper specification.
• Stage units for final shipment
• Responsible for all shop equipment and tools in his / her workstation (especially spray equipment).  Maintain safe, clean and orderly workstation.
• Work requires close interaction with other associates.  Must be able to function in a team orientated environment.
• Must maintain a level of quality that ensures a less than 2.5% reject rate.
• Quality Assurance – It is the painter’s responsibility to reject prior to top coat finish, any unit that has not been properly prepped.
