CarterWill Search is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a Florida-based civil litigation practice in Tampa . This is an excellent opportunity to work on general liability and complex civil litigation matters , including insurance, premises liability, product liability, and arbitration .

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience , managing cases from inception through trial under the guidance of supervising partners. Responsibilities include conducting depositions, attending mediations, arguing motions, drafting pleadings , and engaging directly with clients.

This role provides meaningful client exposure and professional development within a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment .

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience , preferably in general liability, casualty, premises liability, product liability, or complex litigation
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail, initiative, and work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and work collaboratively with colleagues
• Active Florida Bar admission
