Pay : $34.00 / hour

Street Level Ministries is an outreach ministry of Seattle Social Services, William Booth Center, ARC and local corps affiliates. It is a weekly urban outreach - primarily to the homeless in downtown Seattle. The Outreach & Engagement Specialist 2 (OES2) is a housing-focused outreach position directed at homeless individuals living unsheltered in King County. The primary objective of this position is to aid individuals in housing attainment, utilizing the minimum assistance needed to address each household's immediate housing crisis. The OES2 will regularly visit clients where they live, work with them to identify and overcome barriers to housing, refer them to other resources in the community (mainstream services, benefit services, food assistance programs, childcare resources, etc.), and connect them to established communities / neighborhood organizations once they've been housed.
