At Telecare's Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program, we'll help you cross the finish line with free clinical supervision , real leadership experience , and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in your community.

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Starting Pay : $72,808.63 - $89,871.72 (DOE & Orange County differential)

About Telecare's Orange County AOT Program

The AOT (Assisted Outpatient Treatment) program provides intensive, community-based outreach and engagement services to adults experiencing severe mental illness who are reluctant to participate in treatment.

Working in partnership with Orange County Behavioral Health and the courts under Laura's Law , AOT clinicians build trust, foster engagement, and connect clients to recovery-focused services that improve safety, health, and quality of life.

You'll be part of a compassionate, field-based team that believes recovery is possible for everyone - and works tirelessly to make it real.

Minimum Qualifications

Active ASW, AMFT, or APCC registration with the CA BBS

Master's degree in a behavioral science field

1 year of supervisory experience (or completion of Telecare's supervisor training within 6 months)

Valid CA driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
