Work closely with operations and marketing teams to guarantee optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. Track and analyze team performance metrics while managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce. Provide comprehensive sales reports to senior leadership, identifying key trends and areas for improvement. Align team efforts with company objectives by devising strategies that optimize profitability and enhance customer retention. Proven Leadership Skills : Minimum of 5 years leading successful sales teams, ideally in a B2B context. Industry Experience : Familiarity with septic, grease, or wastewater sectors is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong Interpersonal Skills : Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire a team towards ambitious goals. Strategic Insight : Proficient in market analysis and strategizing effective sales approaches. Tech-Savvy : Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or related discipline. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated territory
