Job Requirements

This position is responsible for overseeing the enterprise credentialing operation to include managing and monitoring processes and procedures that support the credentialing and recredentialing processes. Oversight of all credentialing functions including application management and primary source verification. Ensure compliance with the appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies. Managing production activities for a high-volume credentialing unit.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree and 1 year business experience OR 5 years business experience with 2 years' experience in a leadership position with sound decision making skills.
• Experience in a timeline driven environment with a focus on operations.
• Experience in developing / leading and inspiring employees.
• Written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to present clear, concise and accurate information; ability to facilitate meetings and manage diverse groups and build relationships with employees and external customers.
• Analytical skills and experience identifying and resolving workflow and system problems.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High degree of confidentiality.

Preferred Job Requirements :

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role : 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

This position will work from the Richardson, TX office 5 days a week for the first 4-6 months. After a performance review, this role will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$54,800.00 - $121,100.00
