Internship Program Overview :

At Netsmart our internship program is called our "Futures Program" because we truly believe that you are our FUTURE. This program will be a 10- week program based at the Netsmart in Overland Park, Kansas. The FUTURES Program includes a balance between on-the-job learning, hands on client-based work, professional development opportunities, leadership exposure and several social / networking events throughout the summer. If you aren't local to the Kansas City Metro, are we will have housing options for you available (certain criteria will have to be met to qualify for housing).

Sales Operations Analyst Future Position Overview :

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization. This position is responsible for a range of operational tasks and strategic initiatives that enable data integrity, process optimization, and informed decision-making across the sales function.

Responsibilities :

M&A related data cleanup and integration

Salesforce workflow process improvement and ad hoc reporting

Month-end Bookings and Salesforce support

Client Org map creation and maintenance

Perform additional Sales Ops support as needed

Requirements :

Anticipated completion of bachelor’s degree or Masters in December 2026 or May 2027

BA / BS degree in MIS, IS, IT, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration or Business.

Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, or other applications)

Strong verbal and written communication skills and being comfortable presenting to audiences

Ability to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Demonstrates achievement in academics, internships, co-ops, or other work experience (preferably involving business, clinical, analytical, and / or technical coursework)

Strong leadership skills

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
