Participates in planning, scheduling, and coordinating selected analytical process phases or assists in working any selection of subcomponents of the process or system under analysis. Devises modeling and measuring techniques; utilizes mathematics, statistical methods, simulations, operational mathematics techniques (linear programming, game theory, probability theory, symbolic language, etc.) and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines Applies extensive technical expertise and has knowledge of other related disciplines Guides the successful completion of analysis Has extensive experience both leading analytical teams and as a contributor in an analysis team. Develops technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment.
