Job Overview

Responsible for overall management of Maintenance Department Operations.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Overall responsibility for Maintenance Operations.

Support manufacturing by assuring timely maintenance and repair task completion.

Works closely with Engineering to assess and resolve production and equipment issues.

Works closely with all functional areas of the organization as required expediting problem solutions.

Responsible for assuring training for Maintenance Personnel is current and appropriate.

Provides troubleshooting support when required.

Responsible for assuring Preventative Maintenance schedules are updated, generated and maintained as required per GDP and in a timely manner.

Responsible for the maintenance of spare parts inventory.

Assists in special projects as needed.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested.

Minimum Requirements

Associates Degree, or equivalent.

A minimum of five years' experience in the equipment maintenance field is preferred, medical device experience a plus.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience in providing direction and training to maintenance personnel.

Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word / Excel) are required.

Experience using hand tools and power tools

Supervision / Management Of Others :

Ability to coach, develop and motivate associates to optimize team effectiveness and enhance team interactions. Ability to impact team morale, sense of belonging and participation.

Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions

Personal protective equipment may be required as dictated by work environment

Annual Salary of 110K to 130K depending on experience with 15% STIP
