A company is looking for a Collections Clerk to support the accounts receivable function by processing customer payments and collection activities. Key Responsibilities Request and pursue payment on delinquent accounts and send reminder emails for overdue invoices Research customer payment discrepancies and maintain logs of payment promises Generate monthly customer statements and assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required No prior collections experience required, but preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Self-motivated and able to handle confidential information NetSuite experience preferred
