As an Advanced Clinical Nurse at Valleywise Health, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Guided by the Nurse Manager (or Executive DON, Ambulatory), you'll provide skilled, age-specific nursing care and serve as a trusted advocate and educator for patients and their families.

In this role, you will :

• Deliver comprehensive care, from assessment and medication administration to creating and implementing individualized care plans.
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate outcomes.
• Mentor and guide ancillary staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives that raise the standard of care and enhance patient experiences.
• Document and communicate care with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Act as a leader in professional practice, contributing to innovation, evidence-based improvements, and positive culture change.

OR (Peoria) : Must obtain ACLS and PALS within ninety (90) days of hire or transfer. Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or submit a completed Affidavit at the time of hire. Must complete fingerprint clearance card application within seven (7) days of hire date. Must present actual card within ninety (90) days of applying for a fingerprint clearance card.
