About the Role :

The Barber Educator will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of aspiring barbers. This position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that not only meets industry standards but also inspires students to excel in their craft. The Learning Leader will mentor students, providing hands-on training and guidance to ensure they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the barbering profession. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with other educators to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. Ultimately, the Learning Leader Barber will contribute to the growth and success of students, preparing them for a rewarding career in the beauty and grooming industry.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Valid barbering license in the state of Employment
• Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of work.
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience in a barbering or cosmetology setting.
