CT Technologist - Nights

Schedule : Direct Hire, 36 hours per week, 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM, 3 nights per week.

Compensation : $32 - $49 per hour.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. This is a direct-hire position for night shifts, offering a competitive hourly rate and the chance to work in a dynamic, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT examinations according to department policies and protocols. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Patient Care : You'll screen, prepare, and position patients for CT procedures, explaining the process clearly and ensuring their physical and psychological comfort. You'll answer patient questions with patience and courtesy, and listen to their concerns.
• Technical Expertise : You'll operate all CT equipment, including laser cameras, and utilize advanced image manipulations such as 3D rendering and reconstruction. You'll evaluate studies for quality and completeness, and send images to the PACS system in a timely manner.
• Radiation Safety : You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and family members by adhering to all radiation safety protocols.
• Collaboration : You'll work directly with patients and other healthcare professionals, and will use your independent judgment to make minor decisions in a complex technical field.
