We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain Active Directory, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
- Manage Windows Server environments to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Provide support for Windows 10, addressing user issues and implementing updates as needed.
- Oversee and maintain Dell Technologies systems, ensuring hardware and software are running efficiently.
- Configure, manage, and support Citrix environments to ensure secure and efficient remote access.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and apply upgrades or patches to maintain security and functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current systems.
- Proven experience with Active Directory administration and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.
- Expertise in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10.
- Familiarity with Dell Technologies systems, including hardware and software management.
- Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies and remote access solutions.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
