Manage and develop a high-performing team of NetDevOps Engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship

Drive automation for complex environments and ensure operational excellence across updates and reliability metrics

Qualifications

Strong experience in leading engineering teams in NetDevOps, SRE, or network engineering

Deep understanding of modern data center networking technologies such as EVPN-VXLAN and BGP

Hands-on experience with automation tools and ecosystems like Ansible, Python, and CI / CD pipelines

Experience with telemetry and monitoring stacks, including Prometheus and Grafana

Proven ability to deliver reliable automation services at scale with strong fundamentals in testing and change management
