Salary Range : $34.00 or more depending on experience and skills

If yes, how you will contribute to the team :

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN / LPN) , you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to :

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents;
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status;
• Medication administration;
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
