Physical Requirements : Must be able to safely maneuver a two-wheel motorcycle and lift 75 lbs. Pay Rate : $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, and overtime ability! Schedule : Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday (no weekends). Benefits : Comprehensive package including Health, Dental, Life, and Vision Insurance. Job Summary
Dream Machines of Texas is a professional, independent Powersports Dealership in Farmers Branch, TX, dedicated to providing top-tier service. We are seeking an experienced Motorcycle / Powersports Technician to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for an individual with a proven track record (B / C Level Technician) who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to following established service protocols.
We service a full range of products, including Sport and Cruiser Motorcycles, ATVs, Side x Sides, Scooters, and Dirtbikes from every major manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair : Perform complex diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repair work across a diverse inventory of motorcycles and powersports products.
- Protocol Adherence : Strictly adhere to all established service protocols and the chain of command to ensure consistency and safety in the bay.
- Collaboration : Work effectively as a team player, communicating clearly with the Service Manager, parts department, and sales team to meet shared goals.
- Customization : Install accessories, custom painted parts, and specialized components.
- Diagnostics : Accurately diagnose customer concerns and offer effective remedies for repair.
- Quality Control : Perform final inspections and detailing on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
