This allows CapCenter to provide better service and more savings to clients ultimately helping individuals and families find and afford their dream homes in our local communities.
Job Overview :
In the Mortgage Closing Consultant role, youll be the primary point of contact for CapCenter clients who are on the path to close a loan. Mortgage Closing Consultants analyze our clients applications and supporting documents to ensure each loan meets our rigorous underwriting standards. Alongside your analysis, youll guide our clients, working internally with realtors, loan officers, underwriters, and insurance advisors so that all parties are set up for success at closing.
