Your Role & Responsibilities
Engage and Connect with Customers Provide personalized service, build relationships, and help customers find the best T-Mobile products and plans.
Master Sales & Customer Experience Guide customers through their shopping journey, demonstrate the latest technology, and provide expert recommendations.
Be a Problem Solver Address customer concerns with care, patience, honesty, and empathy to create positive outcomes.
Stay Up to Date Continuously learn about new wireless products, industry trends, and Verge Mobile's operational processes.
Achieve & Exceed Goals Maintain a balance between customer satisfaction and sales performance targets.
What We Are Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required (additional education or certifications in sales are a plus!)
Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred (wireless sales a plus)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time in a dynamic retail environment
Team player who collaborates, learns, and supports colleagues and leadership
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.; must be 18 years of age or older
Must pass a pre-employment background check (consideration given to qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws)
