Job Title : Assembler - Temecula
Job Description
This position is responsible for the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell. The role involves detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery following documented procedures. Tasks may include electronic assembly, casting / coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging. The work environment is a controlled cleanroom, requiring the use of microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and other equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices and related components following detailed procedures.
- Clean tools and equipment as per documented guidelines.
- Perform visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies.
- Conduct tests on units using computerized test equipment.
- Repair and correct devices / components using microscopes and applicable tools.
- Package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and address quality issues.
- Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices and equipment during operations.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing cleanroom setting, utilizing microscopes and various equipment. The dress code emphasizes a professional appearance, prohibiting clothing with suggestive language, revealing attire, and casual items like pajama pants or bedroom shoes. Jeans are acceptable if they are professionally appropriate, without rips, holes, or stains. Global Gowning Procedures apply, and the wearing of makeup, false eyelashes, or jewelry is not permitted.

This is a Contract position based out of Temecula, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83 / hr.
