We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Clerk to join our team, either remotely or in-office. This role is vital to maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of our company's records and documentation. Key Objectives : As a Records Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating records in a timely and secure manner. Your work will ensure that critical information is easily retrievable and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records.
- Retrieve and provide records and documents as requested by team members or management.
- Ensure records are up-to-date, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of record-keeping procedures and best practices.
- Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and archive necessary documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
- Support administrative tasks related to records management and data entry as needed.
