Summary :
We are representing a reputable HVAC Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in estimating, design, and management of commercial HVAC projects ranging from $50,000 to over $25 million. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to develop client relationships, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. The position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all project phases, from initial sales to final execution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, and provide leadership during client meetings.
- Perform project management functions, including concept engineering, estimating, and proposal creation.
- Coordinate field labor and installation scheduling in collaboration with field leadership.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and costs to maintain financial control.
- Prepare and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Lead pre-construction meetings and ensure effective communication with internal departments.
- Act as a mentor to junior staff and participate in recruiting and training initiatives.
