Hiring Aerospace Mechanical Assembler in Everett, WA!

Pay : $24.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 5 : 30 AM – 1 : 30 PM

Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our aerospace team in Everett. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting high-precision aerospace components. You’ll work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and verbal instructions to ensure every product meets strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test aerospace components according to technical specifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, mills, bandsaws, and sanders.
• Perform setups, alignments, and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and function.
• Disassemble, repair, refurbish, and reassemble units when required.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior assemblers.
• Identify and correctly utilize aviation-specific assembly tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation accurately.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 / hr.
