Key Responsibilities :

• Perform HVAC load calculations and design mechanical systems for commercial and institutional buildings.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Apply building and energy codes to ensure system compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project designs.
• Support project delivery from concept through construction administration.
