A company is looking for a Supervisor, Staffing Solutions Program.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track nurse assignments and ensure compliance with program guidelines

Oversee new hire onboarding and internal transfers into the program

Address day-to-day needs of nurses, including scheduling, payroll, and conflict resolution

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with five years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with three years, or a bachelor's degree with one to two years, or a master's degree in a related field

At least two years of experience working with travel nurses

Experience supervising employees is preferred

Proficiency in managing payroll and program spend management

Ability to track employee health reminders and ensure compliance
